- I am a passionate homebrewer having played the game for 40 years. I have come a long way since then and now spend much of my time fine tuning my brewing equipment. As far as beer styles go I am fairly conservative (no marshmellow blueberry breakfast stouts on my list) but am very drawn to Belgian beer styles, especially quads and trippels but do like a good sour.
